Busbar Chamfering Machine Features

1. This machine is designed for arc-end processing of busbars with thickness ≤10mm, width ≤200mm, and length ≥250mm.

2. According to the current processing requirements for busbar arc ends, the control interface provides fixed modular processing types. Standard types include:

• Type A: Radius equals half of the busbar width for direct transition.

• Type B: Radius smaller than half of the busbar width, using R + straight section + R transition.

• Type C: Chamfer transition.

3. The clamping fixture adopts automatic centering technology, specially designed for busbar characteristics, ensuring accurate positioning and one-time automatic clamping.

4. The pressure head uses a booster structure, providing more stable clamping and better surface finishing.

5. The machine body is specially designed and welded for busbar processing, with enlarged spindle and guide rail dimensions to improve machining rigidity and precision.
   The X and Y axes work together for different machining paths, while the Z axis can be finely adjusted according to different busbar thicknesses.
   It adopts an international standard BT40 tool holder with an automatic tool release system for quick and easy tool changes.

6. The machine is equipped with high-precision ball screws and linear guide rails, using heavy-duty oversized guide rails and ball nuts to improve rigidity, reduce vibration and noise, and enhance workpiece quality.

7. All electrical and mechanical components are selected from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring long service life and reliable quality.

8. The machine is equipped with our self-developed embedded graphic automatic programming system (proprietary technology), which enables fully automatic programming.
   The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Operators only need to input several parameters according to the graphics, and the system automatically generates machine codes, greatly reducing programming time and eliminating manual coding errors.

9. The machine features a fully enclosed protection design with an integrated electromechanical layout, ensuring safety, environmental cleanliness, and easy operation.

10. The processed busbars have a smooth and attractive appearance without sharp discharge points, helping reduce cabinet size, save space, and significantly reduce copper material consumption.
